Founder and Director Ramzeen Rauff brings two decades of extensive knowledge and experience to the building façade industry. This spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and the Asia Pacific. His qualifications include an MBA from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colombo. He also boasts a strong financial background and a Chartered Licentiate qualification.
His passion for façades and hands-on approach began in 2005 when he joined GKD CreativeWEAVE’s business unit in London. This fully owned subsidiary of GKD Germany, founded in 1925, became his launchpad. In 2013 he founded WALLSPAN Asia and in 2020 METALSPAN UK. His genuine passion for façades, meticulous attention to detail and tireless dedication to providing the best solutions for customers have cemented his recognised expertise in the field.
Throughout his career, Ramzeen has worked on large-scale projects across the UK, including Heathrow Airport Terminals 5 and 2A, Stansted Airport, Oman Airport, and various large-scale offices, shopping malls, hospitals and commercial projects in three continents. He has also delivered over 70 CPD presentations at leading architectural practices across the UK, Middle East and Asia.
